How do fit dads combine fatherhood with an active lifestyle?

Ever since he was a baby, Niko has been riding with me in the cargo bike to the gym where I work. It’s totally fine there – it feels more like a community center, really cozy. By consciously taking him with me so he sees me and others working out, I want to teach him from an early age that exercising is just a normal part of life. I can’t imagine he won’t enjoy it later. My plan is already working: at home, he tries to lift things he can’t even pick up yet, pulling and grunting with full effort, complete with loud roaring

How do they encourage sports within their family?

My goal is to get Niko moving in a playful way, without pushing him into anything. I don’t believe in putting pressure on young kids to perform. What matters to me is that my son moves and has fun doing it.it all starts with setting the right example.
